How fast can you ship my order?

Generally, all orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, providing inventory is available and all order information is accurate and complete.

How much will I pay for shipping and handling?

For the Continental United States, shipping and handling costs are 11% (minimum $10.00) on all Web orders.

Can I place an order from outside of the United States?

We currently are unable to accept orders from countries outside of the United States on our website. To place an international order, please contact Customer Solutions at 1-877-275-4725.

RCL Benziger (“RCLB”) recognizes and respects the sensitive nature of information collected through our websites and the right of consumers to protect it. This Policy describes how we handle information we learn about you from websites that are specifically identified as belonging to RCLB and that link directly to this Policy (“Websites”).

What Information Do We Collect?

The information we collect varies depending upon your activities when visiting our sites. How Do We Use This Information?
