Please call our customer service
department and have your invoice number available for return authorization. No
credit will be granted for shipping and handling except for defective materials
or errors on the part of RCL Benziger.
Our return
policy:
- Orders
returned without a return authorization number written on the outside of
the package will be refused.
- Videos, DVDs and CDs may be
returned if found defective for replacement only.
- Books and other materials may
be returned within 90 days of purchase. No more than 10% of your order may
be returned.
- All materials must be returned
prepaid. Please package materials carefully. Credit will only
be issued for products that are in sellable condition. RCL Benziger
is not responsible for damages caused to materials in shipment.
If a
customer returns product do we give them credit for shipping? NO if the customer
ordered too much product or they changed their mind, credit is not given for
shipping and handling for their order. That balance will remain on their
account. The only exception to this is if an error is made by someone
other than the customer, then credit for shipping and handling may be issued.
How soon
can they expect credit to their account? Depending on the time of year, the
return should be processed within 4-6 weeks from when the product is received
at the distribution center. Please note, this may be completed faster
more often than not through the year but during peak times, May August, the
turnaround time on the credit being completed may be longer.
When and
how do we issue a call tag? A call tag is a prepaid label that is sent to the customer
when RCL Benziger is paying for the shipping of the product back to the
distribution center. If RCL Benziger isn’t paying for the product to be
returned, then the customer is responsible for those shipping costs.
